Terms of Service
1. Service Nature
Cloudless provides a general-purpose networking platform using SSH-based commands, reverse tunnels, raw TCP/UDP transport, HTTPS frontend termination for Cloudless-managed domains, and passthrough connectivity for custom domains.
Cloudless may validate backend reachability and protocol class at activation time, but it does not become the publisher or owner of the user service.
2. Public Service Status
The public Cloudless service is currently provided free of charge for testing and evaluation.
This status is not guaranteed and may change at any time, including the introduction of limits, quotas, restrictions, access controls, or paid plans.
Cloudless does not guarantee uptime, availability, performance, persistence, or continued free access.
3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the services, domains, certificates, scripts, content, and traffic they expose through Cloudless.
For custom domains, users are responsible for correct backend TLS configuration and certificate validity.
4. Prohibited Uses
The service must not be used for phishing, malware command-and-control, spam infrastructure, unauthorized intrusion, denial-of-service attacks, credential theft, or distribution of illegal content.
5. Availability and Validation
The service is provided on a best-effort basis without guaranteed uptime. Some services require backend validation at activation time. A backend that later becomes unavailable may cause Cloudless-managed domains to return a controlled error page, while custom domains may fail transparently.
6. Suspension
Accounts, domains, services, scripts, tunnels, recovery mechanisms, or access to the public service may be suspended, rejected, restricted, rate-limited, or terminated in case of abuse, operational risk, backend validation failure at activation time, non-payment of future paid plans, or violation of these terms.
7. Authentication and Recovery
Some user actions may require human verification. Recovery keys, where offered, are intended only for account recovery. Users are responsible for storing them safely. Lost or exposed recovery material may result in loss of access or compromise of account control.
8. Changes to Service Conditions
Cloudless may modify service conditions, features, access policies, operational limits, and pricing at any time.
Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
The operators of Cloudless are not responsible for user-generated services, backend outages, certificate problems, content transported through the platform, or damage resulting from misuse of the service.
